- You must ship the product back to us in secure packaging. (Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product delivered was wrong or defective).

- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, you may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
